NO GI JIU JITSU
Doing Jiu Jitsu without wearing a uniform(gi) is called No Gi. Without a jacket and pants to grab on to students must learn to use anatomical grips. No gi also makes for faster paced sparring and also an emphasis on leg locks. We beleive that it is important to train Gi and No Gi in order to better develop your Jiu Jitsu game and to prepare you for self defense.
This class focuses on fundamental techniques which can be practiced by anyone for self defense or for sport. This class is open to all belt levels.
This class is for more experienced practitioners and will cover many areas including leg locks, toe holds and heel hooks.
